THE GREEN MAN A Summer Group Show at NOOK

One Night Only at Nook!

This is the first group show – over 40 artists – at the nook collective studio space that I am participating in. The Green Man is an open interpretation of the enigmatic and leafy green guy:

A multitude of ideas popped into my head – a re-rendering of the jolly green giant perhaps? A little green man from outer space? Already adorned with bushy beards and moustaches, I decided to use some of my square-headed gentlemen. In place of leaves, gold-leafing functions as an additional botannical embellishment.

Nook Creative studio/gallery
156 Augusta Ave., Toronto
One night only:
Thursday July 4th 2013, 7 pm

The show will stay up for a month, but with appointment-only access.

I have three ink-tranfer prints with gold-leafing embellishments on paper, available for purchase. Come on out and see the work of over 40 artists!
