First illustration job of 2011

Tonight I attended Trampoline Hall at the Garrison in my neighborhood. My friend Rafe — who also happens to be the original voice of Count Chocula — was giving a lecture on Palmistry. He wanted me to draw some hands on bristol board for him to scribble on but I thought a chalk-board would be more effective — and stable. I found a large piece of masonite, coated it with black chalk-board paint and then applied a white outline of a hand on it with white acrylic paint, freehand. Rafe was captivating!
